Shipping policy

We take pride in making each one of our hats by hand, and exactly to your specifications.  As with all great work, it takes time to produce each masterpiece, so please allow us 5-7 days for production, after which your hat will be shipped directly to your home.

We currently ship with FEDEX, DHL and CORREOS depending on your location.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link so that you may monitor the shipment’s progress.
